Getting Started

Feel free to drop in during scheduled class times and observe a CrossFit Johns Island class in action.


For the best chance at success, as well as for your health and safety, CrossFit Johns Island offers members the opportunity to attend an On Ramp Program which covers the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit, as well as other movements which may be needed to complete the WOD (Workout of the Day). These classes are offered by appointment, Monday through Saturday, when it is convenient for you and our coaches.


The Nine Foundational Movements of CrossFit are:

1) Air Squat
2) Front Squat
3) Overhead Squat
4) Press
5) Push Press
6) Push Jerk
7) Deadlift
8) Sumo Deadlift High Pull
9) Medicine Ball clean


Pricing at CrossFit Johns Island

We hold firm to our mission of  “We are committed to building a stronger, healthier community while offering quality fitness at an affordable price,” so our fee structure must match:


  • $50 for our On Ramp Program

  • $75 a month with a 6 month commitment

  • $100 a month for couples with a 6 month commitment

  • $60 a month Military/ Law enforcement/ Fire discount with a 6 month commitment

  • We love out of town guests, so we offer a $10 drop-in rate

    • If you are a CF-L1 Trainer or Affiliate owner, we waive the drop-in fee​
