CrossFit Johns Island is committed to building a stronger, healthier community while offering quality fitness at an affordable price.

What we do:

 

  • At CrossFit Johns Island we provide a fitness program and support system unlike anything you will find in a traditional gym, boot camp or the popular fitness trends. We are a community! We train you using a methodology which is based on functional movements – movements you will need for your daily life, that have been around for as long as humans have been moving themselves and objects through space.

 

  • Not only will you get stronger, leaner, fitter, faster, more agile and powerful, but you will do it all under the close supervision of quality coaches and within a fun atmosphere and supportive community.

 

  • We are not just here to make you sweat (although there is plenty of that)–we are here to address your fitness and health as a whole.

 

  • Our group classes are led by an experienced CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, last an hour, and include warm up, skill and strength work, and conditioning.

 

  • We also offer private coaching, specialty coaching and programming for competitive athletes , endurance athletes, corporate and other special groups as well as nutrition counseling and challenges.
